420 modular skylights installed in 15 days
Leading international transportation company DSV wanted to create an open and productive work environment when they planned the company’s new headquarters in Denmark.
Built around a large atrium covered with 900m2 of VELUX modular skylights, the new office building brings daylight and fresh air into every corner.
The contractor chose VELUX modular skylights for two reasons. Firstly, the skylights met DSV’s requirements to increase daylight and fresh air in the building. Secondly, the fully prefabricated modular skylights enabled a fast installation process.
- Ten rows of Longlights 5-30° comprising 420 modules were installed in just 15 workdays.

The installation was 2-3 times faster than installation of traditional modules according to the contractor.
