Bart Goetzee

Bart Goetzee

Senior Vice President VELUX Commercial

Bart Goetzee is overall responsible for the VELUX Commercial Division and joined the team in September, 2023. Before that, he was CEO of SDC, Sectional Doors & Components, a division within the ASSA ABLOY Group, a global player in automatic entrance systems.
Bart has a masters' degree in Mechanical Engineering, MSc from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, an MBA of Sales and Marketing from DeVry University of Chicago.

Michael Wieting

Michael Wieting

Vice President Finance, EPS

Michael Wieting is since 2019 responsible for VELUX Commercial Finance. He also has the management responsibility for our thermo technology business.
Michael joined the JET Group as Finance manager in 2001, and from 2006 to 2018, he was CFO of the JET Group. (Acquired by VELUX in 2018). Before that he has held positions as financial controller in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. Michael has a masters’ degree in business economics (international business) with focus on finance and accounting from the University of Osnabrück.

Charlotte Rømeling

Charlotte Rømeling

Senior Director, HR

Charlotte Rømeling is responsible for global HR and joined VELUX Commercial in 2020 from a position as HR Director, Hilti Denmark.
During her career, Charlotte has gained experience within driving change, developing organisations and building teams as well as within mergers, recruiting, onboarding and talent management.
Charlotte has a Master of arts, German and International Studies.

Yannic Schroeder

Yannic Schroeder

Senior Director, IT & Digital

Yannic Schroeder is responsible for leading digital technology and initiatives at VELUX Commercial. Yannic joined VELUX Commercial in 2025 from the Bertelsmann group, where he spent over 11 years and most recently served as the Chief Transformation Officer of their book printing facilities in the USA. In this role, Yannic led the overhaul of the entire technology systems and drove comprehensive digitization efforts. Yannic holds a Master of Business Administration and brings extensive expertise in driving innovation and enhancing digital capabilities.

Thomas Juul Jensen

Thomas Juul Jensen

Vice President Sales

Thomas Juul Jensen is responsible for VELUX Commercial Sales in 13 countries.
Thomas joined VELUX Commercial in 2020 from a position as Business Director in Rockpanel. Before that, he was VP Finance for ROCKWOOL North America and based in Toronto. He has held management positions within Finance, IT, Business Development and Sales, working in six different countries. Thomas has a master’s degree in Economics.

Hans Cramer

Hans Cramer

Vice President, Supply

Hans Cramer is responsible for operations and supply and has the overall responsibility for our 4 factories.
He joined VELUX Commercial in 2025 from a position as Generel Manager, Europe for a division of ASSA ABLOY entrance systems.
Hans has strong experience in supply chain management and operations management from his time at ASSA ABLOY and Palfinger Marines. 

Ownership

The VELUX Group is owned by VKR Holding A/S, a limited company owned by the Villum Foundation and Kann Rasmussen family members.

The VELUX Group’s financial results are incorporated into VKR Holding’s consolidated accounts.

In 2023, the VELUX Group had a total revenue of EUR 2.91 billion, VKR Holding had a total revenue of EUR 3.97 billion, and the Villum Foundation and the VELUX FOUNDATION donated EUR 184.6 million in charitable grants.

The VKR Group consists of two main business areas, VELUX and DOVISTA, and is present in 38 countries.
