Fill Out Form to Request Design Tasks

This form contains the disclaimers,, information and questions to be filled out by colleagues prior to briefing the graphic designers in order to start the creative tasks. The form should be attached to the access brief materials while sending it to the graphic designers either via email or through Teams Tasks section. For every new creative or design modification requests colleagues are requested to fill and send this form for a better work process, precise deadlines, correct content and coherency throughout the team.
