Forest projects with WWF on restoring and conserving forests to capture carbon

Why forest projects with WWF?

Restoring and conserving forests are efficient ways to capture carbon from the air and to safeguard biodiversity globally. WWF knows where new trees are needed and where old should be preserved.

VELUX commit to reduce our future emissions to meet the Paris Agreement 1.5°C path

Why the 1.5°C reduction target?

Climate science shows it is necessary to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels, so we commit to reduce our future emissions to meet this target and lead the change in global corporate climate action. The Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) has approved our targets aligned with the Paris Agreement 1.5°C path.
